About the Venue

ECC 2024 is hosted by KTH Royal Institute of Technology, and the conference will take place on KTH Campus Valhallavägen which is located in downtown Stockholm.

  • The conference rooms will mainly be in the D, E and F buildings (Lindstedtsvägen 3-5, and 26-28).
  • The registration will be in the corridor of F2 and F3.
  • The plenary talks will be in F1 (when F1 is at full capacity, the plenary talks will be broadcast live in F2 and E1).

The registration desk and info desk

At the registration desk, there will also be a information desk. They will both be open the following times:

  • Monday 24th, 16:00-18:00.
  • Tuesday 25th, 7:30-17:30.
  • Wednesday 26th, 7:30-18:00.
  • Thursday 27th, 8:00-18:00.
  • Friday 28th, 8:00-11:00.

If you plan to collect your registration on either Tuesday morning, before the workshops, or on Wednesday morning, before the opening session, please arrive well in advance.

To register for the conference on site: complete the registration online in the registration system https://controls.papercept.net/conferences/scripts/start.pl. Then contact a person at the registration desk/information desk.
